I Heard the Coolest Name Tonight

I was listening to the radio on my way home from taking Jenny to the dog park. They were giving away a prize from the radio station, and the winner called in.
The announcer asked the woman her name and she said, 'My name is Patty Peacock!"
That's actually her real name. She said it was courtesy of her husband so it was the name she got when she married him.
Mrs. Peacock.
Patty Peacock.
Isn't that the coolest name? It sounds like a name from a children's book, doesn't it?

@LeaPea2417 I am glad to read that. My husband said he thought it was a "stupid name." Well, probably not for that woman. It is definitely a name people will remember long after they meet her.

@mildredtabitha Oh yes, a cartoon character would work with that name too. I was thinking book character. She could get rich if she write a children's book and then turned it into a cartoon!

. That does sound like a made up name. I used to know a teacher named Mrs. Green. She wore green all the time, and had a green car. She said it was her favorite color. She must have been thrilled to marry a Green. However, dont think I could end up married to a burnt orange., or a peacock for that matter!!
