@marlina It was a good movie Marlina, interesting plot. I read the book before watching the movie, it's not new, the book was published in 2003 the movie followed soon after.

@marlina That is ok. I love Tom Hanks. I started to watch it a while ago and now went back and missed some because fell asleep because was so tired.

@LadyDuck ok. Was the book more detailed than the movie or why did you like the book better? You are right it is an old movie but I did not get to it again till yesterday. I forgot I did not finish it so decided to finally watch the rest and glad I did.

@sharonelton I don't fall asleep a lot and if really tired then turn off the program I am watching and go to bed so I can watch it the next day with fresh eyes.

@sharonelton I saw Lord of the Rings twice. The first time I did not understand it and the 2nd I did. That can happen that we are watching something and fall asleep.

I saw it and also did not understand it either but liked watching Tom Hanks. What a hunk. I know I too sometimes fall asleep watching something and have to watch it again.

@bunnybon7 I also love Tom Hanks. That is why I wanted to watch it to begin with but really enjoyed it even though did not understand it. I know when I fell asleep I missed stuff but did not go back to watching again so watched from there. Joy, from here helped me understand it. If you want you should read what she wrote.
