Tomorrow she will have one of her plastic surgeries as bones must be placed well before they get fixed in a bad way. Camila went to be with some chums of her and one of them had not had vaccines and spread covid among them. So she is covid positive although she does not feel bad and doesn´t have much symptoms as she has all her vaccines. I have been reading lately about many people elsewhere (celebrities everywhere) who were against the vaccine and ended up dead.

In my country, the amount of people positive has risen a lot with the omicron variant. But, as a lot of us have the shots, the problem has not been as terrible as it could be or as it was before the vaccines existed. Dixie called me and asked me to tell Alejandra about what has happened to her. She doesn´t need me at her house yet because Humberto has turned down all his work and is there all day for her. I will now call Alejandra and then come back to mylot. See you.

I hope so. Dixie told me that plastic surgery had to be done before the bones are patched up in any way

Poor Dixie, I fear it will be a long recovery. Omicron is very contagious but not as bad as the previous versions, we do not have people dying of Omicron here.

I think that it will take a long while for Dixie to recover. In my country the Omicron covid has risen the amount of covit positives to great numbers but as you say, the people dying are just a few. Vaccines have helped, it seems.

I hope that all goes well with the plastic surgery. It's safe to be vaccinated. You might not prevent the infection but it definitely helps to reduce the severity of symptoms and hospitalization. The third wave in our country is not bad like the earlier wave as many are already vaccinated and have mild symptoms.

@marguicha Yes, hospitalization and mortality has reduced. And those dying are mostly the ones who are not vaccinated. Vaccination has helped in a great way.

@marguicha I am finding that many here are also getting Covid. I had 3 shots and will be getting a 4th soon. I read that the 4th is very strong but I am not sure if it matter whether you have one, two, three or four because people do not behave right and do not respect someone that wants to stay as far away from them. It is very frustrating. I hope Dixie will be ok.
