I had a blistered toe from working 14 hours yesterday without sitting down. But all seems worth it when I checked my bank account as I got paid midnight last night. Another 14 hour shift. I'm hoping my blistered toe would last without bursting today so I could enjoy my salary on day off.

I remember that you work in a hospital. Hospital shifts can be long and crazy. I am happy for your payday. Please do take some rest later and let your toe heal
