Beautiful in White

When I got married back in 2016 I had a hard time settling on a song for my first dance.
I was considering "All of Me" by John Legend, "You're Still the One" and "Forever and for Always" by Shania Twain, and some songs by Ed Sheeran. At the top of the list was the theme song from the movie Dirty Dancing but I was hesitant to dance to that song.
Then I stumbled upon a song "Beautiful in White" by an Irish boy band Westlife. I have not heard of Westlife until then. I listened to the song for the first time and instantly fell in love with it. It was so beautiful and made me feel really good inside. I listened to it a few more times and decided that this song is it. I will dance to it at my wedding. And so I did.

I just watched our wedding highlight video. The song it was set to was the Dirty Dancing theme. I forgot that was the song I chose for it. Watching that video almost made me cry.
