How are you? I hope you are all doing well, safe and sound. I am feeling tired today although, I slept early lastnight and I had eaten well. I don't know the reason why, but I feel sleepy or a little bit week compared to my usual day to day goings. Maybe just me it is my sugar. I hope not, I don't want to be a diabetic. But, my friend says I should consider this possibility for it runs in my family's bloodline.

I'm not sure if you'll be able to open this link. If you can, it might help you decide if you should talk with your doctor about being diabetic. (I'm not a doctor. I'm just concerned about your health. Good luck.)

It's better to get yourself checked. Diabetes can be reason especially if you have it in your bloodline. One should not ignore it. It can come with bigger issues later. Take care.

Thank you Arunima. I am looking for a better time to have a medical check-up. I am sure I will be required of some laboratory test, so I should prepare myself too.

@kixsh101 Yes, you would need some laboratory tests. My suggestion would be that don't wait for too long.

Maybe you should go to a Doctor to find out.

If you even think you might be diabetic, it would be good to get tested. The sooner you know the sooner you can start to treat it.

@kixsh101 That's good to know. It is important to know if you are or you aren't.

Walking helps, I guess. My grandad was diabetic and he used to walk about 4 kms every morning. A little early morning activity leaves you feeling energized and productive for the rest of the day. But if you are indeed feeling weak then better not strain yourself. Take rest and hope tomorrow will be a better day.

Oh, your grandad has a lot of energy. I think that is one of the reasons too that I really lack exercise.

@kixsh101 it's just starting trouble... If we keep at it, we can be regular at exercise.

Try to snack on healthier snacks like fat free foods, dark chocolate bars and sugar free snacks. Also, go to the doctor and get a second opinion, alright?
