What's For Dinner Tonight?

I just mixed up a meatloaf and popped it in the oven for our dinner tonight. I decided to spread some barbeque sauce on top instead of ketchup.
I will make mac and cheese to go with it and a vegetable that I haven't quite chosen yet. It will be green beans possibly.
I have spent the last hour in the kitchen washing up some things from last night that I always hand wash and getting dinner on. I wasn't excited about mixing up a meatloaf with the cold weather, but got it done. It's bad enough sticking your fingers in cold meat but when it is so cold outside, it is chilling and takes a few minutes to warm back up.

Aw, I thought that was a photo of the actual meatloaf that you made and I was going to say I was impressed with all of the little crisscrosses! Did yours have that also??? The mac and cheese sounds yummy, especially since I can't eat it anymore! I made salmon for dinner with green beans and corn. Plus a little broccoli for me and a toasted toll for the hubby.

@Kouponkaren There are no leftovers! Was perfecct amount for one meal. We each had two slices. I have had a hard time adjusting to cooking for two after the girls left home. I still cook big meals and my husband will ask me if I think I cooked enough. LOL.

Your dinner sounds delicious. I had a bowl of chicken corn chowder. So good. I know what you mean about the cold meat. Sometimes latex gloves help.
