Nightmares

Do you ever have nightmares? Often? Sometimes? Not at all? I have been having a beautiful day yet laid down for a few and had a nightmare. What do you do about nightmares, especially never knowing if you are even going to have one? Thank you. photo by Pixabay

Yes I do, when it happens I really pray hard. Prayers do help.

@spontaneo I have recurring nightmares about those creatures that are often venomous and wriggle across the ground and have a forked tongue. I don’t like to say their name. Thankfully Ireland is free of them.

I haven't had one in some time. I used to have a recurring dream about a dragon coming into my bedroom and flying all around the room in circles. They finally stopped but they lasted for years!! Good luck!

I have had nightmares like seeing political leaders up close and in person without saying in my nightmares.
