Personally, I love lemon water. Chilled in the fridge and ready to drink. In the summer I will be drinking iced tea too. But, I know that I need to drink at least 8 glasses of water or about 64 ounces. I know I need to drink a bit more than that so I will increase my times of drinking during the day. Also, there are some fruit and vegetables that help a lot. Here is a list: celery, cherry tomatoes, watermelon, cantaloupe, oranges, apples, and carrots. These all will add to your intake of water and vitamins.
If the water tastes good you'll drink more of it. Don't use this as an excuse not to drink water. Get a pitcher with a filter built-in or find a way to get the water you need through fruits or other foods.
Avoid or minimize caffeine intake, sugar, and alcoholic drink when flying. Drink a large amount before getting on the plane.
Drink from reusable or refillable water bottles so that you can keep track of how much water you are drinking.
If you get tired during a busy workday drinking a nice, tall glass/bottle of water can give you just the pick up you need.
Remember too not to drink too much water. It is possible to become ill from drinking too much fluid.
Know your body and understand when it is crying out for some water.
Hope this is all helpful.

You can actually die from drinking too much water. I wish I could find something that I like to drink.

Do you have a favorite fruit? Try putting some juice from that fruit in the water.

@celticeagle I've tried mixing some cranberry juice with the water. I like that.
