2022 Health Journey - Day 43 (2/12/2022)

Hello everyone, how are you all doing? Well I hope. I am here to share my health journey for today. Let's see how it went. Weigh in - up a little (176) Blood sugars: Fasting - 129 Meal 1 - 155 Meal 2 - 119 Meal 3 - 104 Now - for what I ate: Meal 1 - Low carb tortilla (3 net carbs), deli chicken, cheese Meal 2 - 5(ish) oz of salmon with ranch Slim fast fat bomb (cookies and cream flavor) Meal 3 - 2 uncured hot dog franks and 1 string cheese stick sugar free blue raspberry jello Macros for everything: Calories - 1,096 Protein - 78 Fat - 70 Net carbs - 17 Sugar - 4 My numbers were pretty good I think. Except the blood sugar after the first meal - not sure why that happened. I did get 90 minutes of dancing in. 10,500+ steps for the day. What do you think of my day of eating? How did you do if you are on a plan?

I think you are doing terrific. Your numbers are much better than they used to be.

Yeah they are, but I still get so depressed when I see numbers over 110 or so.

@celticeagle Well having sugars 80-120 is better than constantly being in the 200s+
