Hurt my Neck Somehow

I hurt my neck somehow while sleeping the other night. Must have had my head turned the wrong way or something. It's been hard to move my neck around or turn to look at things.
Have been putting heat on it and rubbed some cream on it. Took a painkiller. Hopefully it will help. Ouch.
Other than that been a good week so far. Today we played outside and took a walk around the neighborhood.

You have a very handsome son, They grow up so quickly, I have also woken up with cricks in the neck, Just keep rubbing and I usually wrapped a shawl around and kept it on until my neck was better,

Poor neck, yeah all you did is what I do when I get those neck cricks as I call them.
Hope it gets better soon for you.
If it dont the other thing I do is a bath of epsom salts to relax the neck.
