Hi guys, Hope you all are doing good. I am doing good too. I came across this wonderful quote so thought to share it here. Many a times in life, there are different things which triggers us to react in a certain way, if we are able to learn how to control them then life becomes very easy. I know it's hard but we all can keep trying. There comes certain situations in life of everyone where we lose our control as someone triggers us in bad way. We all can learn to have some self control over our reaction because at the end of day, our mind, body and mood is affected not of others. I personally try to keep myself calm as much as I can, not that I have anger issues. It's just I don't like something that's wrong or people lieing. Priorly I use to get affected and give my reaction. As I have grown in life, I realise, it's futile and I want to secure my peace of mind and health over reacting to those stuff. Share your thoughts about it. Have a good day. Take care!!!

Yes in order to survive in this world, one must control emotions. Or not.

I don't always remember to do it but l was told that when the triggers come , one should count to 10 before reacting. Giving one time to think about the right approach to deal with the situation.

Sometimes its really hard to control it. The effective thing I do when I feel I will have a sudden outburst I will dislodge myself right away.

Our lives depend on our actions. Life does not depend on circumstances. There are ways that can make life easier.

In general I remain calm but there are times when I get angry. That happens when an injustice is done to an innocent person.
