The weather is getting so nice out now I know that many of you will want to be out walking and even doing your stent at the gym. I hope you won't overdo it. Do we pay attention to our body's aches and pains? It may not be just that you are getting older or that you overdid it. Are you injured or just sore? It could be serious. A good gym session may make you mildly sore but if muscle pain lasts for days it could be that you overdid or even injured yourself. Try RICE......which is to REST(lie down with your weight off the injured area), ICE on the area for 20 minutes, COMPRESSION(you might use a bandage for support), and ELEVATE-raise the hurt area above your nose is possible. See your doctor if the pain pursists.

If it's a knee or ankle sprain, the R.I.C.E. method works (not always), but if the pain comes from a tight muscle ice is bad.

@LadyDuck.......That's great. My grandmother was studying to be a nurse until she realized she couldn't stand the body and life loss. She took care of our family when I was a young girl. Very few doctors visits back then.

Same either. My arthritis in my right hip gives me the most trouble. Have to walk with a cane.
