I did create a Filipino version of Korean Kimchi. I took a quick marketing activity in the public market to buy a napa cabbage, carrot, radish, and onion leeks today. It's not bad for the first attempt. The magic completed with the other ingredients: 10 cloves of garlic, a white onion, and ginger. I turned them into puree and mix them with translucent glutinous rice flour. After doing all the instructions to make, you are having a great bowl of kimchi. I am calling it "Pinoy Kimchi." Are you into making side dishes? Photo is mine.

It does taste like Kimchi in South Korea. It needs to be fermented for a few days.
