Unscheduled Power Interruption

It seems I need to keep my lifeline 0.05% in the company that I am working with for the whole month. An unscheduled power interruption happened that I incurred 4 absences with my students online. Now, I am preparing for my other classes. The root cause is the burnt secondary loop jumper. The best course of action is to appeal with the snapshots posted by the electric provider tonight on my company's website. Well, I am not that hopeful because the company will still decline this matter. I just submitted and appealed for record purposes. In time, they can be useful against them. Do you freak out if you were in my situation? Image Credit: socoteco2.com

You mean you had a power cut? It's not necessarily the power providers fault. What appeal is it that you are trying to submit?

I am sorry. I was so overwhelmed with this power outage tonight. I am trying to appeal to my online tutorial company to replenish the penalties and the like.

@Shavkat What penalties are that? Because you missed some tutorials with your students? Surely they will understand if there was a power cut?

@sharonelton This Chinese company is not that humane when it comes to these issues.

That's life! If they did not accept it, then let bad karma works for them in the future.

That really stinks! It isn’t your fault and they should be willing to accept a valid excuse with your screenshots as proof.

It's pretty tough if they penalise you for something you couldn't avoid and didn't have any say in.

It is a Chinese company that cannot understand this matter at all. I learned that they suck into management skills since they had started in this industry.
