Date Night Tonight Was Delicious

Tonight was Friday night, date night for us. You may or may not remember that my husband and I go out to dinner every Friday night and we call it our date night.
Tonight we went to the restaurant in our community. I had a Caesar salad with the special which was mushroom ravioli, and he had a hanger steak with mashed potatoes and roasted Brussel sprouts.
For dessert we shared a rum bread pudding served warm with ice cream, caramel sauce and whipped cream. It was delicious.
The whole meal was delicious. Does any of our dinner sound good to you?

@Kouponkaren It increases cholesterol also. But it tastes very good. If we had more deer around I can happily substitute that. But we dont see too many of them.

@wolfgirl569 I don't eat beef anymore and my husband has cut back, but about once a month he treats himself to a nice steak or roast.

We celebrate every Friday evening, our relationship in this world:) Usually, we order something and then bring it home. Your dinner sounds so delicious, I'd love to try mushroom ravioli!

@Kouponkaren And for almost the same reason, we are both retired and stay home most of the day. Getting out among people, it does us a lot of good.

@kobesbuddy We were doing that during the pandemic. But since we both work from home, and are here a lot, it is nice to get out together that one night a week.
