Moq Au Vin, Vegan, No chicken,

I got a vegan ready meal for Friday. It's the same one I got last week because I liked it so much. Here it is on the picture. It's called Moq Au Vin which is the vegan version of Coq Au Vin. One of the ingredients of Coq Au Vin is chicken, and the word Coq means 'Old rooster'. So Moq Au Vin is basically Coq Au Vin without the 'cock'!

Sometimes I ask myself if it is really delicious. I forgot already the vegan foods i ate many years ago
