Summers have started here in India!!!

Hi guys,
Hope you all are doing good. I am doing good too. Since few days, the heat has started fully where I live I. e in Surat city of Gujarat state.
Yesterday the temperature had reached 40 degrees. Today it's little less around 37-38 degrees. The forecast department has said that in coming days, temperatures will again rise to 40 degrees mostly in Eastern and Southern region of India.
I need to start the ac on for a while in afternoon so then can take a nap. We are keeping our balcony doors closed so that we feel less heat. Still I feel it's pleasant atleast in morning and late evening as winds blew little.
Real summer heat will start in India after the Holi festival which is arrriving in a few days.
How is the weather at your end?? We are keeping ourselves hydrated to protect ourselves from the heat.

The heat really isn't that bad, yet. we're not quite into spring, yet so we have a few months of cool comfortable weather.

No summer in sight here Rashna.
It is still very cold.
It will be a good few months before it starts.
I hope by that time to have the air conditioner working here.
