Apple & Peanut Butter Dinner

Had breakfast/lunch combined today while out running errands. Not very hungry, so I decided on an apple with peanut butter. Such a perfect snack or mini-meal when you are not real hungry. Hope your day has been good. Busy here but a lot was accomplished. Have a good evening everyone.

I've never tried apple with peanut butter. I have an apple in the fridge and a peanut butter too. Might try it out for breakfast.

@CarolDM With celery strips I used to put raisins on top of the peanut butter and tell the kids that was bugs on a log.

I ate more than usual I had two fresh bratwurst to cook so I crumbled them up and added some chopped bacon and fired that up and had them with rice,

I love peanut butter and apples together. Unfortunately, I can't eat apples now.

I made some jam out of a bottle of raspberry walnut salad dressing and had a little on a biscuit and a little peanut butter.
