Because I have heard on the news that there might be a daily power or rotation of brown outs this coming April that I am preparing to have some back up lights. In case power outages happens at night. It's hard to use candles and the cell phone to provide some lights. it will drain the battery of the cell phones too quickly. One or two would be enough. I don't need have them in every area of the house. I will have one on the kitchen and one on the garage. And if we need to go to the bathroom we have three USB rechargeable handheld light. We can use it anywhere on the house that does not have any solar panel light.

That's really a good idea because it comes in handy during times like that. Candles can be dangerous if left unattended at times so I'll opt for solar powered lights anytime too.

Good idea to have in the house using an alternative source to use during a blackout at night.

This is a good idea since your country has plenty of sunshine. It is suitable to take good advantage of the solar power.
