Manwich Potatoes 3/22/22

If you already like loaded baked potatoes, which most people I find do, then these might be for you. Manwich Potatoes.
I like to make this rather often since they are tasty and easy to make.
Spread open a baked potato on the bottom, then slather on some ground beef cooked in Manwich sauce. Top that with a little bit of lettuce, onions, red pepper, shredded cheese, bacon bits and sour cream...
And voila! A delicious and easy, quick meal.

@1creekgirl My wife and I absolutely adore onions. It goes in pretty much everything we eat, and I mean pretty much everything.

moment! Sometimes with manwich/sloppy joe leftovers there just isn't enough to make any sort of meal . . . putting it on baked potatoes is brilliant!

I like this and also chili topped potatoes. No onions of course! I had Meals on Wheels - Lemon chicken, rice, carrots, mixed veggies

That looks good! I prefer quick and easy meals. I like Manwich but a little goes a long way for me.

This manwich baked potato is an amazing meal:) Jay stopped at Arby's for supper, he was out of town last evening. So I was at home, fending for myself. Both of us had a big smile on our face, so the food was very delicious:)
