My Dingy Blonde Daughter

My daughter, Nicole, lives in Lafayette, LA and brought up the subject of going somewhere not too far away for the Easter weekend. She didn't want a long drive or to spend a lot of money. After talking to her for a bit we decided on maybe going to Biloxi, MS. After checking out places there, most were booked or was more than I wanted to spend. Then she started sending me places that she had found that were really high at over $1,000. I then asked her about a cabin at one of the campgrounds in Louisiana? She said that would be nice. I found several campgrounds to consider and one that offered horseback riding. My granddaughter loves horses so I knew she would choose that campground and I was right. It turned out that they were booked solid for the weekend so it was off the books. Last night I asked her if she had looked up the fees for horseback riding and she said yes! They are only $3.00 a person for the whole day. I told her that was not right and to go back and read it again. The $3.00 per person was for people who were bringing their own horses and the $3.00 fee was the trail fee. I told her that was a deal too good to be true and it would be more like $30-40 per person per hour. She checked it out and it was $50 per person per hour.
