Peaches and castella

Dinner was light tonight. Peaches and castella for dinner. Peaches were leftover and so is my castella. This evening, finished my leftovers. Had a huge brunch of fried rice. Add slices of potatoes and Spam, peas, carrots, round onions and fresh basil mushrooms. Top it off with scrambled eggs slices & green onions, scrumptious! So a light dinner was enough for me this evening.
