Amazon India is a cheat

I ordered for two hard tile brushes on the 6th of March 22 at Amazon India online store which was to be delivered on the 14th of March 22, but I have still not received the product. When I contacted the customer care and asked for a refund, they just kept on avoiding to pay back my money by asking me to wait for the seller. How long do they think I have to wait for the seller? They are out-and-out to cheat me of my money. Such online shopping sites should not be allowed to do business in India. I shall share my post on Facebook. Please my lot friends share this post on your Facebook wall.

Oh no that is not legal surely. I am sorry this has happened to you. It has happened to me but in the end, I got the refund.

I ran into that earlier this year. After I asked for an updated and accurate delivery date, and received it, they told me that I could cancel. I did not. Then a couple of weeks later I went to the site to try to cancel it, I wasn't able so at the bottom I could open a case. I did that and had my refund immediately. The really odd thing that happened next was 2 days later the item arrived. That was 7 weeks after I ordered it.

I have neither got a refund nor the product. I filed a complaint with my city police and also the cyber cell of Bangalore where Amazon India has its head office and with the Hyderabad cyber cell from where the seller is. I have also filed case with the consumer court of my state.

I order from Amazon Italy and they have an excellent service. I only buy if "sold and DELIVERED" by Amazon, never external sellers.

@LadyDuck This is not the case in India. We can't know the seller while ordering. Anyway I am not ordering anymore in Amazon India. Once bit twice shy.

How can you know that? When we search through Amazon India it's not shown who is the seller. Amazon India takes the money and not the seller.

That's terrible professionalism.. You should escalate it and give a negative feedback on every social media platform and tag them. So far I had no issue with them. Customer satisfaction os so important and being a brand they can not take it for granted.

I have done that in the social media and each time I give a negative feedback someone comes up saying me to chat which has been useless.

It's was not a spam in my case as I ordered the products from Amazon India app from my mobile. I even paid for the product. State Bank of India security system is very secure. It will stop your payment midway as their system can recognize spams. So I am pretty sure that it's Amazon India who has cheated me.

It will be one month since you placed your order. You shouldn't have to wait this long for your package. I don't think it's a reasonable delivery time. I hope you can get your money back. You deserve that.
