Rains in April / myLot

The month of April is normally a hot month here in my country as it's placed within that season we call "dry" or "hot." Two days ago, however, we got advise that there's a low pressure area passing by and another one about to come. It's a welcome thing, the rains. But we all find it totally disorienting. To actually have rains in one of the hottest months ever. Climate change it must be. Nonetheless, we still get to enjoy drying our clothes under the sun on regular days of summer. April is usually a rainy month here. We had a little rain, but not very much until now. The climate is changing.

Yesterday was indeed an odd day for us all that is not used to having rains in the summertime. Yes, we do have rain but it usually does not last the whole day during summers. But yesterday's rain was like it was rainy season already as one of the rivers here almost got inundated and was near the level where the houses near it are supposed to be evacuated. But fortunately, the rains stopped at night and they slowly subsided.
