Two More Wakeups Before Spring Break

The photo, well, no, ours won't be that kind of Spring Break. Because Spring Break for the school where I teach is always the week after Easter, some years it comes very late in April. This is one of those years. The best thing about the Break coming so late is that my missus is able to take the week off with me and we can go camping. This year we are heading up to central Virginia. K has cousins who live up there, and she's invited them to come and visit us at our campsite. It started out as two other couples but is turning into a mini-family reunion. We'll be praying for good weather on the day they are supposed to show up. I still have one more full day of teaching before a half-day of Holy Thursday activities until my break begins. The real trick tomorrow will be keeping the kids busy enough to keep them out of trouble while not giving myself too much to grade. When we return from this vacation, there will only be 6 weeks of school left in this school year. Not that I'm counting down, mind you. I hope your week is going well.
