Good day to you all, Glad the workday is done. Was not feeling like being at work at all today but I made it through the day so I guess that is what counts. Our new employee is a total joke, guess today she called and said she would not be in till 10 am even though we start at 5 am. Not sure how that works or why she is even still employed there. Been warm here well hi of 67F but cloudy and raining off and on all day. I will take the temps but could do without the rain. We are supposed to get rain the rest of the week off and on. But stay in the 60’s so that is the good part. Time to make some dinner, not sure what yet but will figure out something. Hope you all have a good evening.

I think I have figured out that employers are so desperate for workers now that they will overlook a lot of things that in the past would have gotten someone written up or fired. I see it every day at work. We're so short-handed sometimes that people can get away with murder as long as they show up and clock in.

That is true too. Hard to get anyone to work

That makes absolutely no sense. Why would you show up 5 hours after you're supposed to start.

No idea. I'm very confused by it all.
