A Quick Lunch in Abu Dhabi

I wanted to have a quick lunch because the others along with me we're not going to eat anything as they had had a very heavy breakfast. I also wanted to have a swig of beer and I thought it's a good idea that I prepare things my way. I opened the bottle of Corona beer and had black Dal makhani already prepared by the cook which I heated in the microwave and garnished with a lot of pure ghee. As an accompaniment onion salad with butter and ready-made mixed Vegetable parotha completed light and I will say a wonderful meal. The ready-made parathas with stuffings I had purchased from the Carre- Four Supermarket in Marina mall, a day earlier and they came in handy. Add the fizz of beer made in Mexico and it was a nice light lunch.
