About to take the plunge

This peacock was seen roaming around and he later flew up to the water tank and I watched him getting ready to take a plunge. From there he flew to the terrace. No matter how big they are. They fly so easily I have seen them climb right up to the bird bath and manage their body to quench their thirst. They even climb from one height to another. It is unbelievable how they can carry their heavy body around with such agility

I've never picked up a peafowl, but perhaps they are lighter than they look, like owls.

They are such regal looking birds. I find them fascinating.
