Finally... Cool Air

My roommate finally placed my window unit fan in my office window! Yes, finally.
I have been roasting.
I cannot work in any other room because of the cat.
Now all I need are:
a new laptop
a new cellular phone
my hair done
new clothes
LOL
What do you think the chances of that are happening?

Which ones first can you afford right away? I think if we put our mind into something and work hard for it, it'll all happen.
