I have a problem. At work the owners and the head supervisors think I am a great worker. One supervisor, who I work with a lot, is constantly 'ragging' at me. It doesn't matter what I say or do, there she is with her snide comments. I like my job, but it is getting increasingly difficult to keep my 'cool'...help...

when i was working at a certain retail chain i had a boss who drove me so crazy that when i got up to go to work, i would get a sick feeling in the pit of my stomach everyday. the thing is i had been doing this job for 4 years even before he was hired. i got hurt on the job, threw my back out more than once, and he freaked that i applied for workmans comp and therapy during work hours. now i was told to make my appts during those hours by my hr person..i was so happy when they finally transferred him.

Try talking to the supervisor. It may be part of their attitude and they may not realize that this is bothering you. I would not quit my job over this. If you cannot resolve the issue by speaking with the supervisor befriend one of the other supervisors who you trust and ask for help. They don't need to step in, but they may have an idea of how to handle this. Ar eyou the only one with this problem, or does this supervisor do this to everyone?
