I have Arthritis all over my body, Restless Leg Syndrom, Sciatica and other aches and pains dues to Fibromyalgia. Thru the years, since I was diagnosed with these medical issues I have tried various things, like OTC (Over The Counter) supplements and vitamins, heating pads, medicated lotions and essential oils. Oh sure they helped some especially during the cold weather times.
Now that it is starting to get warmer I decided to start going to the gym, ( planetfitness.com) because my Part B insurance pays for half of it and it is not expensive.
I went the first time and was introduced by a trainer there to a Hydromassage bed!!!! Which is awesome!!!!!! There is exercise equipment there tat I just figure out and use on my own, basically because I don't have time to go to the classes.
Last Saturday morning I woke with the plan of going to the gym, but I woke with horrible pack pain, hips, lower back and up into the rib cage area. It hurt to sit, move, stand...... whatever!
The next day I went to the gym (within walking distance) and I walked in and told the trainer about my back issues from the day before and he told me after using the Hydromassage Bed and before doing my work out to use the Back Stretching machine, which I have been using but not in that order.
I went Sunday, Monday and Tuesday morning and my back felt so much better, still a little pain, but........! Then my schedule got messed up and I had planned to go Friday night. I was kept from doing that.
. Same thing happened Saturday morning, messed up again. So I was going to go Saturday night...... NOT!
So I have been having to use lotions, heating pads and Back and Body medicines!

Oh, I love those hydro massage beds and the body massage chairs. Heck, they’re worth the $20 a month by themselves!
I’m very blessed because lidocaine patches help most of my back issues, so I don’t have to resort to a lot of pain pills (which scare me because of the family history of addictive behavior).
I hope you can find some relief. Back pain is awful.

Yes!!!!! Those HydroMassage Beds are the best!!!!!!!
. I don't like taking pills!!!!!!!! I only take the over the counter ones when the pain gets really, really bad and I have to do something. My back really hurts mostly when I am at the sink for a long time.
Thanks, yes back pain is awful!!!!!! It is actually worse than a toothache.

That's so hard to be battling chronic aches and pains. Stretchings give me relief, too.
I do hope you feel better and painless many days ahead.
I don't take any pills for back and muscular pains either.

I can relate to the pain. I hope you get a chance to go back to the gym.

My younger brother suffers from back pain every day when he wakes up in the morning. When he joined the gym, his back pain was reduced but he could not go to the gym every day due to the increase in office work. So the pain has started again.
