My Day on May Day / myLot

The first day of this month is special for some. For me, I still need to work despite the day being "Labor Day." I cannot tag myself as a workaholic because I fall in the category of "No work, no pay." Before the pandemic, I originally planned to go back to work offline. So the idea did not push through because of this. Regardless, I am always optimistic that being productive counts the most. Are you having the best job ever in your life now? I cannot say the best job but with experience and observation, I feel that I am dealing most of the things better at my job. Yet there is always a learning ahead. May be you can now try for both offline and online works. That can add a buffer for you.

I am retired now, I cannot say I liked my job, but I worked with my husband so I was fine.

@Shavkat Do you think that a woman with a 5 bedroom house, a garden and who cooks 3 times a day has not enough work without demanding more? I am 71, I get up at 5 in the morning, I do not stop until 8 in the evening and I am exhausted.

I remember one tv series saying "Lives first, case second". Means, lives or health comes first, work comes second. If we are not healthy, cannot work too.
