Cottage cheese kofta

In India cottage cheese is very common especially in Odisha and Bengal. Instead of paneer I decided to make some cottage cheese kofta curry. Rather I felt lazy to pull over the oxyfry to make paneer. So I prepared the cottage cheese balls by mixing it with arrowroot and frying them into balls. The balls have however been hidden by the tomato paste gravy. Is cottage cheese preferred in your city or country.

@RebeccasFarm Sure. You can just boil milk and put some lime juice while boiling. The cottage cheese gets separated from whey water which we can strain out to get cottage cheese.

@Shavkat You and press some lime juice in boiling milk. Automatically the cheese and whey water gets separated. You can then drain out the whey water, smash the cottage cheese with sugar.
