YouTube is not accepting my election vlog / myLot

Just to tell you, I am a vlogger also. I'm trying to upload a video in YouTube about my experience in voting/election here in the Philippines but it's not allowing me to complete the uploading. Always states as "processing abandoned". I tried multiple times, and the same errors. Until I found out that maybe because this is a critical/sensitive issue so I stop uploading and try it on the coming days.

I do not think so, as you do not even upload it it cannot be "filtered". May be your uploading video is too long. Try to adjust the length of your video. Or try to upload only a portion just to check if it works.

I'm uploading before up to 20 minutes and been accepted. For this video that's not been processed is only 6 minutes and some seconds.
