Therapy appointment is set.

I don't know what will be going on next week with me. I made an appointment to speak to my therapist. I am going to be positive about all that I have going on. Breaking down and thinking dark helps no one. I know I need a reminder every now and then. But I am blessed to have my parking space. I am not going to even let my paper ruin my day. I am just going to keep Sweetman on my mind and love the day. I am a tad bit upset but overall I will be ok.

I am in such a situation but I have my family next to me brining me back into the light. I am grateful that my son really keeps me sane. And cycling is of a big help for me going to places and breathing fresh air even if it's just once a week.
