Blue Skies

Since moving to the Maritimes we have been so impressed by the brilliant blue sky.
The water as well on a sunny day takes on the most beautiful shade of blue.
Apparently this is one of the reasons that som many of the inhabitants of the Maritime provinces have blue as their favourite colour.
What is your favourite colour?

! Just beautiful! I don't know if I have a favorite color . . . depends on what we're talking about I guess. I like a lot of colors!

My favorite color used to be green but now it's more teal and purple although I still rejoice when spring makes everything green again and I enjoy looking at the sky even though ours isn't the same shade of blue. I also like looking at the clouds.

Light green and yellow aren’t my favourite colours by any means, but I find when I’m creating, they have their place.

Yes, I did take that picture. It is a view I see almost daily. Different skies and temperatures give the bend in the tidal river a totally different feel.

I love areas that have that gorgeous blue water. You see that out west a lot too. My favorite color is a dark orange almost copper.

That colour fits nicely into an autumn palette. I don’t use much of that colour, but I also don’t avoid using it.

I see this view almost every time I leave the house. The colours will var from this intense blue to a dark menacing gray.
