A late yummy breakfast... beautiful bloom...all set for mylotting.

Good morning from this side of the planet 
. It's 12 noon here and we just finished our late breakfast of sandwiches stuffed with cottage cheese ( paneer) and sauted veggies. Well, technically it should be our brunch , but we are not sure
. We might go for lunch later if we feel like. So, I have made things ready for a quick one pot rice dish. It would be cooked quickly in the pressure cooker if we feel hungry. I have put enough there to take care of our dinner too. Who doesn't love less cooking
I slept around 1:40 AM last night and woke up at 8:40 when the milk delivery person rang the doorbell. So,an uninterrupted sleep for 7 long hours
. Finished few morning chores and the main one was cleaning all the steel water bottles in the house. They get a thorough cleaning twice a week. Got ready, made breakfast and coffee, enjoyed them with my daughters, and then cleaned the kitchen slab and dishes in the sink. Now I deserve a break doing what I love and that's mylotting . I plan to go for one hour of mylotting and mostly answering the notifications. I will come back again in the afternoon to read and respond to your posts.
Keeping the same daily goal here as I discussed in the post yesterday. Hope that it's another productive day here at mylot.
That's the picture of the beautiful rose bloom from my garden. It's gorgeous and the sight of it in the morning brightened my mood and spirit. Looking forward to a good day
. Was waiting for it to bloom for the last few days and finally it's there

It's actually yummy, healthy and very filling. We were not hungry for the lunch. We only had a banana and then an early dinner of the pot rice. I had some free time yesterday but couldn't be here. Heavy rain, power cut and internet interruptions were the cause. Our city is on Orange alert for the rain.I used the free time to write something that I might use for our school newsletter in June. And also did some reading.

Wonderful looking flower! I just hope that we get some good rains as some respite from the extreme heat.
We did got some dust and rain yesterday evening, but it made the mercury drop just a few celsius.
I think you normally sleep earlier, so yes if you slept at 1:40 AM, a good sleep of 7 hours is a good and much needed thing.
We took out old books, notebooks, an out of order Electric adapter and an out of order older Spin Mop to the ragpicker(Kabaadi).
We need to do some more cleanup like this in the coming days.
There is so much cluttering in the house!
Now, I am mylotting for some time before proceeding with evening tea and some house setting again.

Heard about the rain there in the news. Hope it has brought some relief. And I would hope that you get some more rain to bring some relief from the rising mercury.
Here we didn't get any rain yesterday and it was good to have some break from rain for long 24 hours. Today also is sunny bright since the morning. But there is cool breeze. So, weather is just fine.
I am off my sleep wake rhythm due to summer vacation . Trying to get back to track as June is almost here.. We get back to work on 9th June. Time just flies when it's holiday
We do these regular cleaning and decluttering but still things get accumulated. Waiting for elder one's exams to be over by June and then we too will have s huge pile to give away to those who might want it and sell some to kabadiwala.

Today the mercury seems to be climbing again and with a little more humidity!!
I am waiting fir a Super Rain exchange technology someday. It could solve a lot of world's environmental problems!!

When we wake up late and start our day late, we just go for a brunch. 12:30 is our lunch time on regular days.

What a beautiful rose!
I had been very tired for the last few days. I don't know why, maybe I "took" too much sun on Sunday, but isn't that what SUNdays are for?

It was delicious! We go for brunch on most weekends as we start our day late and go for a lazy morning. Or we have some other chores to finish on weekends and we want to keep less cooking on hand.

Yes, it's going good so far. I have taken a big project of decluttering and deep cleaning of the house. And I am doing little each day along with the other things that I love to do. It's summer holiday and I want to have some good time along with the chores.
