Well I finally went and got my hair cut yesterday. The stylist cut off a ton of hair. The cost of a senior hair cut went up to $15 at Great Clips. Everything is going up these days. We picked up my prescription and came back home. We were both tired from our little excursion because we have so much trouble walking. It sucks getting old.
Breakfast - Protein bar
Lunch - Fish, rice, spinach, carrots and Mandarin oranges
Dessert/Snack - Donut and decaf coffee
Dinner - Protein bar

It's good to get out every so often. I'm glad you got your hair cut though and bet you feel better. Today is computer work and I may work on the canvases I have painted. Not sure what is going to be for dinner but I'm getting ready to put out a veggie tray to snack on.

@LindaOHio Not a real painter lol. I just do color backgrounds. Anything that requires drawing I can't do. If it wasn't for the cricut I'd never really make anything.

Sorry that the price for the haircut went up, but that is true - everything is going up sadly. UGH!
Sounds like interesting meals...a donut sounds nice.

@MommyOfEli2013 $19 isn't bad. Great Clips charges $17 for a regular cut and $15 for a senior cut now.

It's still cheaper than going to a regular salon. With a tip and a $2 off coupon it came to $16.

@LindaOHio I think the hair lady I go to (well don't anymore) charges $19 for a hair cut now. So that's a better deal I suppose

@LindaOHio I had a friend whose hair was incredibly thick. If she didn't use a hair-dryer, it could take all day to dry.

@JudyEv That's the way it was when I had hair down to the middle of my back. It was such a pain to take care of. Hubs threw a fit when I cut it; but he didn't have to take care of it!

I won't wait as long next time. I have a LOT of hair, thick...hard to shampoo and rinse.
