Got late Justice but with a doubt.

The RMC (Rourkela Municipality Corporation) has started building the drain at last. The work started on the 16th of May 22 but another problem cropped up. A tribal old lady came in the evening and picked up a fight, claiming the government plot to be hers with the intention of extracting some money. I threatened her and plan to inform the police if she turned up again. However the contractor have stopped work today after digging the trench. I have to wait for sometime now and try getting a proof of the land being government land as the RMC is not taking this headache nor the contractor. The government can however call for the papers from the Revenue department which they are not doing. Government heads have really become lazy and callous now a days.

@Juliaacv Thanks a lot. Today I informed the Human Rights Commission about the happenings here. Hope they react. It's the responsibility of the government to give police protection to the contractor when such extortionist come and create trouble.
