Yes, I am going to workout 2 days in a row. Is anyone shocked? lol. Hopefully I will continue to do it every day, or almost daily.
My sugar is higher starting today because I made another mistake for breakfast (although delicious - just higher carb than I expected).
Not sure yet what I will do for the whole workout, I know some dancing. Maybe I will add kickboxing today.

@wolfgirl569 Well in the past I found it would make my sugar go up....so not sure if it is because of the insulin - probably

Keep at it! Even if you do a couple of days a week, that's great! Any time you can move around you are helping your body.

Good for you! Kickboxing sounds like a good one to add.

I didn't do much of that because I was worn out by the time I got to that

I wish I could work out every day but it seems like I can do it every other day at best. They do say you need to give your body a break 1 day a week to rest. My husband doesn't believe me though and he works out EVERY day, rain or shine no matter what. I wish I had his motivation!

I used to work out every single day...and for like 3 hours a day....I lost 75 pounds when I did that. Now, I just don't seem to have the motivation. That's good he does that....though a break once in a while would be nice
