Good day to you all, Hope you all are having a good day, mine was long and tiring but I guess it was alright. Had another big project at work and we got a lot done. Was to be a 2 full day project and the two of us working on it got just about all of it done in one day maybe another 2 hours tomorrow and we should be done. Felt pretty good to get that much done in one day but now I am really tired and ready for a nap. The weather decided to heat up again and will be the same tomorrow but then Sat and Sun will be chilly and rainy again. Not sure what my plans will be since it is supposed to rain all weekend. I guess we will see if that changes between now and then. Hope you had a good day/night

It was a hot one here, too but that's Florida for you I suppose. No rain as of yet, but were supposed to get some tomorrow so we'll see how that plays out. Hope your weekend doesn't end up rained out.

@Bensen32 We finally got the rain we were expecting, which isn't such a bad thing, really. We need it. If it rains all night (which I hope it does) going out tomorrow shouldn't be to bad.

@kaylachan yeah, it's looked like it was going to rain all day here but it has not but they are calling for storms tonight.

I took the day off to go to Disney World. Well, Epcot specifically. I had sneak preview passes for the new Guardians of the Galaxy roller coaster. It won't officially open to the public until next weekend.

@Bensen32 It was very interesting. Nothing like any roller coaster I've experienced before. It's an indoor coaster, and the ride vehicle spins/turns to keep you pointed in the direction of what they want you to see. The inside of the building is segmented into "rooms," because they're telling a story along the ride. In each section/room there are props, video segments, music and other things to help tell the "story" along the ride. I enjoyed it thoroughly, but I think this was the first time ever I got off a coaster and felt dizzy. I think it had to do with the fact the there ride vehicle turns back and forth as it's traveling along the track.

I am doing my best to enjoy sharing good news stories on this site despite the heat causing internet connection trouble for short periods of time.
