Lovely Antipasto Salad for Supper

This hot day called for a nice cool dinner so I made antipasto. The last time I went to Costco I got like 4 heads of romaine in a package so I have been alternating between making antipasto and Greek salad. Do you like to make antipasto? What do you put in yours?

@snowy22315 I am one of those people who loves eggs served in any style. The only way I do not like them is eggs Benedict, too messy for my liking.
