Chicken Peanut Skewers

Last night my son cooked dinner and made the most delicious meal. It was his first time trying out the recipe. It is definitely a new favorite. He made green beans to go with the chicken. He marinated the chicken all day in peanut butter, red wine vinegar, soy sauce, cayenne, minced garlic and chili paste.

I have tried new recipes but decided to try chili again so it is not new now but was new at one time. I am glad you enjoyed the meal.

@Tampa_girl7 I made it in my slow cooker and the jelly made a peanut sauce and it was very good.
