Chicken Peanut Skewers

Last night my son cooked dinner and made the most delicious meal. It was his first time trying out the recipe. It is definitely a new favorite. He made green beans to go with the chicken. He marinated the chicken all day in peanut butter, red wine vinegar, soy sauce, cayenne, minced garlic and chili paste. Have you tried a new recipe lately ?

Oh yum - that looks soooo good! Your son is quite the chef! New recipe . . . hmmmm . . . actually we had scalloped potatoes - which isn't a big deal I guess, but we've never made it before .
