My night work shift is done

As of the moment, it's already 5:07am of Sunday (22/05/2022) here in the Philippines. My night work shift as a customer service representative for an online shopping for fashion dress is already done. I've served 22 customers only. For my observation with my conversation with them, out of 22, I got 18 satisfied customers, 2 of them got disconnected and no idea of their thoughts about my customer service and 2 of them gets mad not because of me but because of the process.
I have no work later at night because it will be my rest day. And tomorrow (Monday), I do have another schedule in which I need to report from Monday to Friday with the same schedule 8:00pm to 5:00am of the following day. So, my rest day will be Saturday and Sunday again.
I'll just take a nap for about 2-3 hours, then after that, I'll check the schedule of the nearby hospital if there's a circumcision for my youngest son.

Yes. We've gone from the hospital for supposedly schedule of the circumcision of my youngest son. Sad to say, we need to go back in two weeks from now because my son is not yet qualified.

Positively speaking most of my customers are happy with my service, however some customers can't please because of the process.
