I have chard so I decided to eat oeufs en cocotte. This is just too delicious as most of the dishes I make with eggs. Eggs, for me, are not only a way to stay in the budget, but they are also awesome. Yesterday I made an omelette and today is this dish. It had cooked chard, saltand pepper, cream and Parmesan cheese. Both yesterday and today I also made a salad adding a couple of tongue slices and mayo. What are you having for dinner?

I barely eat anything at night, but I love eggs. I don't like meat so eggs are the source of protein for me.
