Laptop Interruptus

Here I am, just flew in on my broomstick. So while I take off my cloak and hat and put away my broom, hang on minute and we’ll talk. There I was on Wednesday May 11 just finishing putting in my grocery order online when the laptop froze up. I got my friend Nick and explained that now I had to see what the shopper was doing and what refunds they were making or things they suggested for replacement. The laptop was not going to let me have this info and when it got moving again the message was that the delivery was on the way. So I did not even really know what I was going to get. Then Nick took my laptop downstairs to work on it, Many of you know I have no smartphone or tablet so I was left with no net to fall into as the trapeze artists do. Long story short he got my hard drive into another working laptop with all my info and finally set me up with a desktop PC also so I can do my surveys better and I can see the info clearer on the big, wide screen that comes with the desktop PC. In other words – I am now a computer geek with two comps to work on. During my time in solitary confinement there was an issue with the kittens – Michelle and Ringo. They spent too much time hiding under my sofa and always had to be coaxed out. Now in our neighborhood people who have things others can still use put them out on the sidewalk so whoever wants the item can have it. Nick told me there was a playpen across the street, So we set it up in my workroom where I could keep an eye on the kittens and we placed them inside with their toys. It took several days as they ran around, slept, and played and Mama Silky jumped in and out. Then they decided that the playpen was Alcatraz and started climbing up the mesh sides to make a break for it. Now the playpen is a thing of the past already and will have to be taken out, Ringo and Michelle pointed small guns at Grandmama and took over the joint. They are here there and everywhere and sleep under the playpen so they can come out as they please. You should see Michelle she is part rabbit as she gets up on her hind feet and hops along and Ringo will soon be able to climb to the top of the circus tent. So, if you want to run away to the circus do come visit me anytime. My only question is – Are we having fun yet?
