Meals - 5/23/22

Well, DISH still sucks. I called the Corporate office yesterday; and there is an automated message that if you are a customer, you need to call another number which is a number I have already called. Soooo, I have decided to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. @FourWalls reminded me of the BBB. Usually they are the first ones I think of...I always check companies before we hire them to do any work. So I will try to do that today.
Breakfast - No breakfast
Lunch - Meals on Wheels - Salisbury steak, mixed vegetables, mashed potatoes and grape juice
Dessert/Snack - Donut and decaf coffee
Dinner - Half of a chicken Subway sandwich

Hope filing a complaint with the BBB will help. Not only do these companies get away with charging such exorbitant prices but their customer service is horrible too.
Last night we had some leftover chicken which I put on top of a nice salad. Wasn't too hungry and it hit the spot

We have DISH but we're slowly cutting back on it. We stream so much that we just don't need it. I think I need to put our shows in the calendar though because we keep forgetting them lol. We ended up arguing with them when the bill became more than my phone bill and they offered a miniscule veteran discount but nothing for first responders.
All I had yesterday was a few bologna and cheese roll ups and a steak sub. So far nothing today but coffee.

DISH seems to be a problem with a lot of people. On the Better Business Bureau site they had over 4,000 complaints.

@JordanLader I've been looking at Philo. They have 60 channels for $25 and an option to sign up for movie channels.

@LindaOH I didn't know that. We've never really had a problem until recently and by next year I believe we won't have them at all anymore. We just don't need it.

I hope you manage to get your complaint sorted.
Yesterday I had:-
Breakfast - Alpen with blueberries on top and strawberries on the side.
Lunch - Plant Based Bacon rashers with tomatoes, red pepper, scrambled tofu, radishes and lettuce. It was very yummy and I'm having the same today except for the radish because I finished them up yesterday.
Dinner - Risi i Bisi

They’ll either, “Oh, Ms. Ohio, we’re so sorry!” Or “So, you wanna sign up or what?”

Everything is automated anymore. Many places if you hit zero you will get to a person.
