A little more confusion

Before I made my confusing phone call (see previous post) I got this email (screencap above).
I'm glad that my stuffed "Angel" puppy is coming for delivery, but what made me go, "Huh?" was that it said the estimated delivery date was May 20th. Today is the 24th.
A typo or...? Something.
Anyway, I'm glad that my little "memorial puppy" is on it's way.

If that’s “postal” estimated delivery they could mean anytime between May 20 2022 and May 24 2057.

Usually these guys are pretty prompt on their delievery. Like @Chellezhere said, it's probably a typo.
