They had better be opening the pool this summer

The maintenance guy told me last month that they were definitely opening the pool this year. It was open the first summer I lived here but has been closed for the past 2. A big part of the reason I chose to live here was the pool. I don't work in the summer and love spending hours laying by the pool or hanging out in it with a book. I try to stay away from the beach in the summer because it is a major tourist destination and it just gets crazy over there--hence the pool. That first summer it was open on Memorial Day and then every day after the local school district's year was over. Memorial Day is this coming Monday and we haven't received any notification about it being open then. That is fine as long as it opens up every day once school gets out. There is absolutely no good reason for them to keep it closed again this year.
